What Happens After You Submit a LoongBuy Order
Once your purchased product safely arrives at LoongBuy's warehouse, it doesn't just sit on a shelf. Instead, it enters a structured and strict Quality Check (QC)
Step 1: Intake & Registration
Upon arrival, your package is immediately logged into our Warehouse Management System. A unique tracking ID is assigned, linking the item directly to your order. This ensures total traceability from this point forward.
Step 2: The Core Quality Inspection
Our trained QC staff carefully unpacks the item in a designated inspection area. They perform a thorough check against your order details, verifying:

Step 3: Detailed Photo Uploads
Visual evidence is crucial. We take multiple high-resolution photographs of your actual item, including:
These photos are automatically uploaded to your private order page, giving you a transparent, 360-degree view of the product in our possession.
Step 4: Defect Reporting & Communication
If our inspection uncovers any issues—whether a minor flaw or a significant discrepancy—we don't hide it. We create a clear Defect Report.
This report will specify the problem and is accompanied by annotated photos. You will receive an immediate notification. We then present your options, which may include: requesting a return/refund from the supplier, arranging a repair (if simple and agreed), or proceeding with the item as-is, acknowledging the flaw.
Step 5: Customer Approval
This is your control point. Before any further action is taken, we await your explicit approval.
- If the QC is passed, you can approve the item for storage or direct shipping.
- If there is a defect, you decide how to proceed based on the report and options provided.
No item moves to final storage or ships without your "Go Ahead." This empowers you to make informed decisions.
